Checked marriage profiles

A new profile doesn't simply appear in front of everyone. Each one is checked before it is published, so families don't waste time on fake or unfinished profiles.

What it is

Once a profile is 100% complete it goes for review by itself. Automatic rules check the age, phone numbers or links in the text and leftover sample text. Then an AI review looks for text in the wrong box and for inconsistent or inappropriate content. If nothing serious is found the profile is published; when needed, our team looks at it. Our team checks every photo.

If something needs fixing you don't have to guess. A "What to fix on your profile" box on your dashboard lists it in plain language, with a note under each field. "Fix it now" opens that field. Correct it, save, and the note turns green; then submit. If your profile is complete it is checked again by itself a little later, even if you don't press the button.

If you edit an already approved profile, everyone keeps seeing the approved version. Interests, messages and contact requests keep working, and your changes appear once they are checked.

Who it's for

  • People who want to avoid fake profiles
  • Families searching online for the first time
  • Members who want to know why a profile is held up
  • Members editing a profile without stopping their conversations

How it works

  1. Complete your profile

At 100% it goes for review by itself.

  2. It is checked

Automatic rules and AI look first, and our team when needed.

  3. Fix anything on your list

Open each field straight from the dashboard list.

  4. It is published

You're told by notification and email.

Why it's safe

The AI never sees your name, phone number, email, home address, photos or documents, and numbers or links in your text are hidden before anything is sent. Only a member of our team rejects a profile.

For serious problems such as age, a gender mismatch or contact details, a profile may be hidden for a while, and you are told why. If an item looks wrong you can tell us from the list. Checking isn't a guarantee of every detail, so families should still make their own enquiries.

General question

How long until my profile is published?

If there's no problem, soon after the automatic check. If our team needs to look, usually within one working day.

What should I do if it says something needs fixing?

Press "Fix it now" on the dashboard list, correct the field, save, then press "Submit".

What if I don't press "Submit"?

A 100% complete profile goes for review by itself 10 minutes after your last change.

Does editing an approved profile hide it?

No. The approved version stays up, and your changes appear once they are checked.

What if an item on my list looks wrong?

Press "Tell us if this looks wrong". Our team will look at it.
