Profile, interests and messages are paused. Everything comes back as soon as you log in again.
After 30 days, all information, photos, certificates and points are permanently deleted.

2.Hiding your profile
From the sidebar menu.
Turn on the “Hide profile” switch.
Turn the same switch off.
3.Pausing your account
While paused, no one sees your profile and no new interests or messages arrive. When you log in again, your account is back to normal. Any active boost stops, and points for its remaining time are not refunded.
4.Deleting permanently
Confirm with your password. A confirmation message will be sent to your email.
During this time your profile stays completely hidden. If you change your mind, log in and cancel the request.
After 30 days, your profile, photos, birth registration and education certificates, messages and points are permanently deleted.
For legal obligations or fraud prevention, a limited amount of information (such as donation transaction records and reports of rule-breaking) may be kept for a set period. Details are in the privacy policy.

5.Profiles managed by a guardian
Only the owner of the account the profile was created from can delete it. If the bride or groom wants to delete the profile but has no access, we will help after verifying their identity — send a request from the contact page.
6.Once the marriage is settled
Congratulations! Before deleting your profile, you may like to submit your success story — no story is published without both of your consent.
