Safe contact with brides and grooms
A flood of uninvited messages makes a marriage search uncomfortable. So the rule here is simple: interest first, and talking only once both agree. Nobody can message you without asking.
What it is
Press "Send interest" on a profile you like. You can add a short, polite note, but it can't include a phone number, email or link. The other side is notified and accepts if they agree. An interest expires after 30 days without a reply, and you can withdraw it before then.
Once an interest is accepted, you can message each other on the site. Nobody can message you without one. If someone says no, they don't have to give a reason. Phone numbers and links are blocked in messages, so talks don't leave the site too quickly and scammers get no opening.
When talks go well, send a contact request as the next step. If approved, you get the phone number and guardian's number, and the families can talk directly. Your interests are kept in Received, Sent, Agreed and Declined tabs, so nothing gets lost.
Keep your first note short and polite. Begin with salaam, say what you liked about the profile and mention your family. Don't send the same note to many profiles, and don't ask for a number straight away. A polite start makes a reply more likely.
Who it's for
- People tired of messages from strangers
- Brides and families who want a modest setting
- Anyone who doesn't want to give a number at the first step
- People keeping several proposals in order
How it works
Send interest
Read the profile and press "Send interest".
Wait for a reply
You're told by notification and email.
Talk in messages
If they agree, start talking on the site.
Bring in your family
Send a contact request and talk to the guardian.
Why it's safe
You can report and block from every profile and conversation, and the other person is never told. After a block you no longer see each other. Our team reviews every report.
Your messages are private. To stop fraud, automatic checks can spot financial details or risky language, and after a report the safety team sees only the relevant part. If someone asks for money, don't pay and report it at once.
General question
Does sending interest cost anything?
No, interests and messages are free. Your profile must be approved first.
What if nobody replies?
The interest expires after 30 days, and you can send it again after that.
If someone says no, do they have to explain?
No. No reason is needed, and a decline sends no notification.
Why can't I send a phone number in a message?
For your safety. To get a number, send a contact request; you get it if they approve.
What if someone bothers me?
Report or block them from the profile or conversation. They are never told.
