1.Why verify

  • Your profile shows a green “Verified” badge, so families know your name and age were checked
  • Many members search with “verified only” — then your profile appears in their results too
  • If a member lets only verified members ask for their number, you can send them a contact request once you are verified
  • Verification is completely free

2.Which document

DocumentNumber
Birth registration certificate17-digit registration number
National ID card (NID)10, 13 or 17 digits

Upload a photo or scan as JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB. The name, date of birth and number must be clearly readable. The name and date of birth on your profile must match the document — if they don't, correct your profile first.

3.How to submit

1
Open the “Verification” page

From the dashboard menu.

2
Choose the document type and enter the number

Bangla or English digits both work.

3
Upload the photo or PDF

Tick the consent box and submit.

4
Wait for the check

Our team usually checks within 1–2 working days. You can't submit again while one submission is being checked.

4.After the check

  • Approved: the verified badge is added to your profile and you are told by notification and email
  • Rejected: you are told why (e.g. the photo is unclear or the name doesn't match). Fix it and submit again
  • Once verified, your date of birth can't be changed; if it is wrong, open a support ticket

5.Education certificates

In the “Education” part of Edit profile you can add a certificate or mark sheet (JPG, PNG or PDF) to each exam or degree. When our team checks it, that qualification shows a “certificate verified” mark. Other members never see the certificate itself.

6.How your document is protected

  • Documents are kept in a separate private store and can't be opened through any link on the website
  • Only admins can view them, through a special link that works for a few minutes, and every view is recorded in the audit log
  • No other member ever sees your number or document — they only see the “Verified” badge
